Refund policy

1. Guarantee window

Every product in our catalog carries a 14-day guarantee, counted in calendar days from the purchase date.

The window is also shown on each product page, before you buy. Here is the full current catalog:

2. How to request a refund

Write to info@crearia.llc from the email address you purchased with, telling us:

  • The name of the product.
  • The purchase date or the order number shown on your Stripe receipt.

You do not need to give a reason, although we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve the product.

3. Processing times

  • We acknowledge your request within 24 business hours.
  • We approve and issue the refund within 5 business days.
  • The amount is refunded in full and to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. That delay is on their side, not ours.

4. Effect of a refund

When a refund is issued, the licence to use the product is revoked and online access is deactivated. You must stop using the downloaded materials and delete them from your devices.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund request in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted outside the product's guarantee window.
  • Abuse of the guarantee: repeated refund requests from the same customer or account, or evidence of systematic buying with the intention of refunding.
  • Unauthorised distribution, resale or publication of the material, or any other breach of the terms and conditions.
  • Purchases made fraudulently or with a payment method not authorised by its holder.

6. Duplicate charges and unrecognised payments

If you spot a duplicate charge or a payment you do not recognise, write to info@crearia.llc before opening a dispute with your bank. We refund duplicate charges immediately and unconditionally, usually the same day.

7. Cancellations

All of our products are one-time purchases: there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge. Once a product is bought, access is permanent unless refunded.
